Before you start

Applications move fastest when the documents are complete. Have these to hand:

Entity registration documents for a close corporation, private company or trust
Good standing certificates from NAMRA and the Social Security Commission
MSME certificate
Namibian ID or passport and proof of residence for each member, shareholder or director
Bank confirmation letter and 6 months’ bank statements
Your purchase order, invoice or business plan, depending on the facility

Hand deliver
